QF-Test by Quality First Software GmbH is a well-established test automation tool focusing on quality assurance. QF-Test, the professional tool for test automation of applications with a graphical user interface (GUI), is successfully used by more than 1,000 customers from 50 different countries. QF-Test provides easy to use capture/replay for efficient recording of test cases for Java GUIs (Swing, SWT, JavaFX, Eclipse plug-ins and RCP, ULC, Web Start, applets) and web-based applications (HTML, AJAX: ExtGWT/GXT, ExtJS, GWT, ICEfaces, jQuery UI, jQuery EasyUI, Kendo UI, PrimeFaces, Qooxdoo, RAP, RichFaces, Vaadin, ZK etc.). Further (e.g. SAP UI5, Siebel Open UI, Smart GWT, Wicket, Angular JS, AngularDart) and future web toolkits can be integrated with little effort. Advanced options like structuring and modularization strongly increase the reusability of system tests and thus reduce the maintenance effort. Expert functions like scripting in Jython or Groovy enable access beyond the user interface. With its focus on regression testing, QF-Test is also applicable as a driver for load test automation.
